**Car Rental Agreement**

This Car Rental Agreement (referred to as the "Agreement") is a legally binding contract between Kelvin Car Rentals, (henceforth referred to as the "Rental Company"), and the customer whose details are provided below (henceforth referred to as the "Renter"). This Agreement is effective from the date of its signing.

**Important Information**
Please note the following important details:
- Any deposit made will be refunded 21 days after the vehicle is returned. If you require further information on this policy, please don't hesitate to inquire with our representatives.
- Kindly ensure that you refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level as when you initially rented it. Failure to do so will result in refueling charges.
